Your Role:

  • Produce high converting ad creatives for social media [Facebook, Instagram, YouTube]
  • Post creative, attention-grabbing content to our social media accounts [Facebook, Instagram, YouTube]
  • Stellar copywriting and profit-pulling ideas for our email marketing campaigns
  • Diligently split test, track and monitor ad and email campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Certification in Digital Marketing course
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and writing)
  • Knows Photoshop and video making/editing e.g. Sony Vegas Pro
  • Knowledge with WordPress and autoresponders is an advantage

Sales Executive

Your Role:

  • Convert our referrals and prospects into Customers and Clients for our in Seminar Programs and Digital Marketing Services
  • Enthusiastically and energetically follow up with every lead generated from our marketing efforts and advertising campaigns
  • Conduct strategy sessions on Zoom / Skype / Call and enroll Clients
  • Accompany the team to live seminars, workshops and events to speak to participants and close on our behalf
  • Payment Collection of follow up cases
  • Basic salary + generous commission payout from our high ticket offers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales
  • Affluent in closing preview event sales,  phone sales and high ticket offers
  • Excellent command of English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Well verse with Product knowledge (training is provided)
  • Training is provided by our top sales mentor

Event Coordinator

Your Role:

  • Plan and organize live seminar previews and 3 day workshops
  • Call and SMS participants to follow-up
  • Delegate tasks to other team members to ensure event is run smoothly
  • Tracking and recording of participants in every event

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in event organizing field
  • Have excellent event management skills
  • Can solve problems creatively and respond to contingencies fast
  • Good people skill and communication in English (fluent in Malay and Mandarin is an advantage)

HR & Admin Specialist

Your Role:

  • Human Resource duties to keep the team cohesive and full of synergy
  • Handling of EPF/SOCSO and other paperwork by Company
  • Advertise, interview and hire job candidates and Interns
  • Outsource tasks to freelancers and third party Contractors
  • Increase overall team productivity
  • Organize team activity and outing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 year related working experience
  • Certificate or Diploma in HR, Mass Comm and B.A.
  • Excellent people and communication skill
  • Excellent organizational skill
  • Able to multi-task and solve problems creatively
